Return & Refund Policy
Return Policy :
- Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

- No Return during sales : items purchased during a sale or promotional period are non returnable.
- Condition: Items must be in their original, unwashed condition with all tags attached.
- Return Refusals: We reserve the right to decline returns if items appear used, washed, damaged, or spoiled (unless they arrived damaged).
- Defective Products: If you've received a defective item, please email unboxing videos and Photos via Website, and we will assist you.
Return Charges & Refunds :
- Return Fee: A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 100 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item. Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable both COD & Prepaid.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued via bank transfer only.
- A ₹100 deduction will be made to cover return shipping charges.
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Exchange Policy :
- Timeframe: Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are only allowed for products of the same or higher value. We do not offer refunds for price differences in case of lower-value exchanges.
- Exchange is applicable if product received damaged and is communicated with proofs.
- Exchange Fee: A reverse shipment charge of ₹100 fee on COD orders.
- Price Difference in Exchanges: If the new item is priced higher than the original, you'll need to pay the difference upfront via a prepaid method. If the new item is priced lower, the remaining balance will be refunded.
